ANNOTATION

The article dwells on the analysis beset with reminiscence of the last representative of Mangit dynasty - emir Said Alimkhan who has governed Bukhara Emirate since 1911 up to 1920. The author lays an emphasis upon the idea that the study of Bukhara Emirate history in the period of two Russian revolutions referred as February and October ones in 1917 is a valuable source of Said Alimkhan`s memoir. It is underscored that the emir`s memoirs contain valuable information concerned with the years of his reign, especially in recent years and the emir`s overthrow by Bolsheviks, his emigration to Afghanistan and combat with Soviet power, foreign intervention and the emir`s support from some foreign states.
