ANNOTATION
The article under consideration dwells on the history beset with establishment and development of commercial-economic paths between the two neighboring countries - Kadzhar Iran and Tsarist Russia referring to the XIX-th and the first quarter of the XX-th centuries. The article is designing on the premise of the materials out of archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iran and the works belonging to several historians of the relevant country. The authors adduce the facts concluded agreements between the two countries and their implementation being taken into account as well. In their article the authors give the characteristics of a number of ways and border port cities existing in Russia, Iran and Central Asia, on the whole.
