ANNOTATION

In his article the author underscores that at the contemporary stage of Tajikistan`s development, creation of favorable modern conditions for education and upbringing makes it possible to increase the competitiveness of the national economy in the international arena and ensures the sustainable development of the country and argues that a favorable future awaits those countries that have the necessary basis for this, in which educational institutions function, which form the intellectual potential that ensures the growth of culture and the development of citizens as well. Further, the author states that in this matter it is important for the state to ensure that on a national and global scale, favorable conditions are created that can provide a targeted process of upbringing and training of the younger generation and, in this regard, suggests tasks that educational institutions should perform in this direction currently
