ANNOTATION

The article dwells on the study of one of the most important issues beset with modern pedagogy being schoolchildren`s individuality formation in the process of labour activity. It is underscored that in the relevant process, new forms of relationships arise between the younger generation affecting the process aimed at their personality formation. Designing on the premise of theories proposed by lecturers and teachers the author canvasses the process in question and believes that labour activity has a positive effect on the development of such personality qualities as, hard-working, discipline, organization, improvement of will, creativity and teamwork skills. In a nutshell, the author concludes that the labor activity of schoolchildren is carried out, not only at technology lessons (“Labor training”), but in the process of study in reference to modern educational subjects such as “Grounds of Production”, “Choice of Profession”, “Informatics and Computer Technologies” either.
