ANNOTATION

The article under consideration dwells the problems beset with creation and operation of artels in the field of heavy industry in Northern Tajikistan (1925-1941). In his article the author canvasses the history of the creation and activities of the relevant field in Northern Tajikistan. As well as, the author makes an endeavor to explore the economic aspects of the issue in question under the historical angle. In his article the author resorts to numerous materials of archives that the former makes the article more scientific one. It is worth emphasizing that the archival materials in historical sciences are of great importance currently. The author has made an endeavor to turn the facts, document and informative materials into scientific material.
