ANNOTATION
The article dwells on the issue concerned with the status of state language in modern educational environment and its teaching in non-Tajik audiences. It is underscored that one of the advantages of Tajik language as a state one in the process of teaching and learning is considered to be a comparison of teaching the native and non-native languages. The author of the article asserts that the study of Tajik proverbs and sayings is very effective in teaching state language and offers a scientific basis for teaching aphorisms of Tajik language. The author of the article lays an emphasis upon the idea that if the study of Tajik proverbs, sayings and aphorisms when teaching state language is part of this no less important work is very disclosure of their meaning. It is turned out that as a result of interpretation of Tajik aphorisms, students not only learn state language, but also get acquainted with the environment, conditions and reasons for emergence of many proverbs and sayings either
