ANNOTATION
The article dwells on certain effective forms and means of methodological work in order to increase the professional mobility of Russian language teachers at national schools. It is underscored that the purposeful organization of the educational process to increase professional mobility of teachers of the Russian language at national schools is linked to a number of professional competencies development. The implementation of this process is based on the principle of continuity of school and university education. In this regard, the article highlights and analyzes a number of effective forms and means of methodological work to increase the professional mobility of Russian language teachers at national schools. In particular, the content, place and meaning of theoretical seminars (reports, messages), psychological and pedagogical workshops, disputes, discussions, business games, role-playing games, imitation games are revealed; a panoramic lesson, discussion of modern latest techniques, technologies, achievements of psychological and pedagogical science, scientific and practical conferences, pedagogical readings being taken into account as well. It is concluded that use of various forms and methodological work taking into consideration the capabilities and needs of each teaching staff of educational institutions, will contribute to increasing the professional mobility of Russian language teachers in national schools.
