ANNOTATION

The article dwells on the issue concerned with training human resources in the field of jurisprudence referring to the Tajik SSR. The author lays an emphasis upon the idea that while establishment of the TSU named after Lenin and the faculty of law created in the structure of the mentioned university occupied an important role in human resources training in the relevant area. The author of the article analyzes the activity of the department of theory of state and law as the main framework of the vocational, educational scientific process and human resources training. The author canvasses legal scholars activity who have studied various areas of legal science, on the whole. The author adduces information beset with cooperation and assistance of universities of the union republics in legal human resources training in Tajikistan.
