ANNOTATION

The article under consideration dwells on the formation of initial speech skills of students (listening, speaking, reading and writing) alongside with pronunciation skills development, writing and resorting to words and phrases in a sentence. Naturally, in the relevant logical hierarchy of assimilation of a non-native language and priority is given to teaching all types and components of speech activity as well. The author lays an emphasis the necessity of organizing such kind of the system of work on speech exercises, in which children will quickly and better master with the Russian language in a communicative sense. It is underscored that success in speech skills formation and speech skills development of primary school students largely depends on the teacher`s one.
