ANNOTATION

The article dwells on the analysis beset with state (Tajik) language development and teaching Russian and English languages improvement covering three stages of the period appertaining to state independence of Tajikistan Republic.A new stage of teaching Russian, English and Tajik languages development and improvement is based on two official documents – Resolution of Tajikistan Republic Government dated August 2019, No. 438 “On the Improvement of Teaching and Learning Russian and English Languages in Tajikistan Republic until 2030” and Resolution of Tajikistan Republic Government dated November 28, 2020, No. 647 “On State Program for State Language Development in 2020 – 2030”, which have been subjected to scientifico-methodological interpretation.The problems dealing with development and improvement of teaching Tajik, Russian and English languages are considered proceeding from extralinguistic factors - increasing the international prestige of Tajikistan Republic and building of national social self-awareness, expansion and strengthening of the spheres of functioning of the Tajik language at the present stage.
