ANNOTATION
The article dwells on Rasul Gamzatov`s inexhaustible rich creation being a poet of the world and the planet, as he is often called, which to this day remains interesting for Tajik readers. It is underscored that studies beset with the poet`s life and his literary heritage are numerous, however, the topic entitled as “Rasul Gamzatov and his Work in the World Literary Circle” remains the least studied up to date. The regularity of the choice of the theme “Rasul Gamzatov and Tajikistan” is emphasized, since the famous Dagestan poet was connected with Tajikistan by wide creative and friendly ties, his work found a response in the hearts of Tajiks, and his works translated into Tajik are very popular. “My Dagestan” by Rasul Gamzatov reprinted several times his “Highlander`s Constitution” and poems translated into Tajik can become the subject of a special study by Tajik scientists. In her article the author makes an endeavor to show the role played by the great poets Rasul Gamzatov and Mirzo Tursunzade through literary creativity and translations of Rasul Gamzatov`s creation into the Tajik language and Mirzo Tursunzade`s poetry into Russian in rapprochement of two peoples, in dissemination of cultural and literary values.
