ANNOTATION
The ability of the market to mobilize a large amount of free capital and work with it plays a special role in shaping the competitiveness of the country's economy. From this point of view, the author explored a number of issues in the article, such as: the essence, object and subject of the financial market, the structure of the financial market, the elements of the financial market, the role of the financial services market in the development of the financial market, etc. The author substantiates that the financial services market is one of the important structural elements of the financial market, and the high-quality provision of services through it ensures the development of the country's financial market. In this regard, in the article the author examined the structure of the financial market from an institutional point of view and expressed the main theoretical provisions for the formation of the financial services market as an integral part of the structure of the financial market.
