ANNOTATION

The system of management with regional labour capacity regulates the formation, distribution and usage of population`s labour force. The object aimed at the system of management with regional labour capacity include: labour capacity formation; labour capacity distribution; usage of labour capacity. The subjects of management with labour capacity are considered to be: state, political organizations; trade unions and other public organizations and labour collectives. The system of management with labour capacity is population`s labour force movement of the regional labour market: productional and industrial level (industry, workshop, fabrics, team); territorial level (republic, region, district) provides according to their competence, upon the whole.
