ANNOTATION

      This article discusses the theoretical foundations of the essence, advantages and disadvantages of the quality of water supply services for the population in the field of housing and communal services (HCS) in the modern era. As a result of the analysis of the conducted studies of the plumbing enterprise, a number of characteristics and negative factors of events occurring in the plumbing service were identified. That is, it is considered important within the framework of the sustainable development strategy, which aims to ensure national interests and improve people's lives.
