ANNOTATION 

The article dwells on the peculiarities of development concerning digital technologies and engrafting of new types of competitive communication services. There are discussed world tendencies of development in regard to Innovational digital technologies and the ways of enhancement related to the amount of the services rendered. The author has studied the charges imposed on telecommunication networks under the conditions of Covid pandemic. He undertakes efforts for an assessment of advantages and potentialities concerned with inculcation of digital technologies into other branches of national economy.
