ANNOTATION 

This article is devoted to the consideration of the features of the course of inflationary processes in modern macroeconomic conditions. The study gives the right to consider inflation as a complex multifaceted phenomenon that reflects all the main problems and contradictions of the economy of any country. It should be noted that for most post-socialist and developing countries, the main cause of inflation is the price mechanism, which, in the absence or imperfection of market structures, leads to budget deficits, imbalances, and violations of intersectoral proportions.
