ANNOTATION 

In the article, the author considers the need of forming «green economy» in the economy of the region. In his opinion, the most intensive tendency of the modern economy is the application of a «green economy» as one of the main conditions for maintaining a balanced state of the environment for future generations. The strategy of «green» development is increasingly being used in different countries. Green growth is a strategy for transforming of the economic system in which investment in environmental resources and services becomes the driving force of economic development. The success of the strategy depends not only on political will, but also to a greater extent on centralized financing and planning of environmental programs. According to the author, the need of the concept realization of «green economy» is especially stand acutely in agricultural production.
