ANNOTATION 

The article under consideration dwells on the topic of peculiarity of management and stimulation of labour potential in the regions of Sughd viloyat under Tajikistan Republic in which economic activity being carried out as well. It is underscored that management and stimulation of labour potential is considered to be one of the targeted activities that of structural and economic changes taken place in the process of market reforms possessing a significant impact on peculiarity of the system of labour incentives, upon the whole.

Proceeding from the statistical annual of Sughd  Region (2020) the author makes an endeavour to determine the dynamics of volume of labour potential stimulation in the regions of Tajikistan Republic for 2020 (as a percentage of full-time employees). Adducing the results of the analysis the author of the article comes to the conclusion that the mechanism of management and stimulation of labour potential being a set of forms, means, elements those ones through it prices, credit, demand, money circulation is proposed on the basis of the relevant theory.
