ANNOTATION

The article reviews the positive role of return migration to host countries. Return migration is one of the main phenomena in the global market and a possible source of development for host countries. The positive experience of major countries shows that return migration contributes to economic and social development. The goals of countries that encourage return migration are: humanitarian, demographic, economic, and regional development. Measures to support returning migrants from countries that encourage re-migration identify the key priority areas for co-operation in the field of migration, like creating the conditions for an agreed migration policy, regulating labor migration based on the agreed volume, direction and structure of the migration process. The articles shows that, first of all, return migration is in the interests of the host countries and return migrants; and in accordance with the laws of the host country, the integration of migrants in international community is improved.
