ANNOTATION

This article examines the existing model of tourism development, the state of tourism resources, types of activities and tourism markets, taking into account socio-economic factors, goals and objectives of the development of state tourism, should become the next priorities of the state policy of tourism development, payments for the use of natural and other tourism resources, calculated taking into account local peculiarities, are fully transferred to the local or regional budget.
