ANNOTATION

In this article, the authors consider the results of institutional changes in the agricultural sector of the national economy of the Republic of Tajikistan. The authors analyze the results of the reforms in the agricultural sector and make conclusion according in this sector of the economy to which a number of institutional factors have appeared. The authors note that as a result of the transition to the market, there have been changes in three main areas of society. First, in the direction of the state structure and the formation of a new state, where there is a peculiar behavior of public administration. Secondly, changes in the form of ownership affected the formation of new institutions that secure property rights in society. Between, this institutional condition influenced the behavior of other economic agents - the third link of institutional changes in the economy.
