The article dwells on electronic commerce development with utilization of informational technologies. Word tendencies of the processes beset with electronic commerce are under discussion; the ways of increase related to the amounts of its exchange being inclusive. The endeavors are undertaken to solve the problems of electronic commerce market from the point of view of development and the ways of improvement of the development of financial transactions in internet.
