ANNOTATION

The article discusses the issues of the formation of an innovative economy in the context of the formation of gross domestic product, offers a block diagram of the methodology for assessing the contribution of information potential to the formation of gross domestic product, builds the Cobb-Douglas production function using the Excel software environment, makes an expert assessment of the significance of the influence of qualitative factors on the formation GDP. On the basis of an expert assessment, the influence of the contribution of factors external to the economy was revealed. Calculations have been made to forecast gross domestic product according to the standard program for the period up to 2030.
