ANNOTATION

The article discusses the experience of developed countries in the regulation of passenger traffic in the transport infrastructure. The infrastructure of the transport system of the USA, Western Europe and Japan is analyzed. It is noted that state and interstate regulation of transport closely interacts with the market mechanism, which is dominant in the commercial activity of a transport company and from these countries there are forms of ownership in one proportion or another. It is substantiated that foreign railways show that the operation of high-speed lines gives positive economic results.
