 ANNOTATION

 The given article dwells on the study of Badeuzzaman Hamadani`s role and status in the formation of maqoma genre of Arabic and Ajam literature. First of all, the author of the article pays particular attention to explain the terminologico-lexical notion of maqoma, and then to determine Badeuzzaman Hamadani`s position as a founder of the relevant literary type, she prepares scientific documented discussions. Proceeding from the assumption of the first-hand sources and home and foreign researchers` literary productions, the author asserts Badeuzzaman Hamadani as the first author of maqoma and identifies his followers in Arabic and Ajam literature and their imitational approaches to Hamadani`s maqomas.
