 ANNOTATION

The given article dwells on the theoretical foundations of the professional competence of an information and communication technology teacher and is devoted to issues related to improving the quality level of education, are considered as priorities not only in Tajikistan Republic, but also in other countries of the world, which is caused by the increasing high-tech and science intensity of most spheres of human activity, which, in turn, puts forward new requirements for the quality level of training of future specialists. The solution of these problems requires, first of all, a rethinking of the tasks of education, as well as reforming the content of education, optimizing technologies and methods of organizing the learning process.
