ANNOTATION
The article is devoted to the questions of forming the pedagogical consciousness and pedagogical culture of behavior of the young teachers of high school by the school of injunction, and also as a result of the objective management influence of the university administration, dean's office, chair and also as an influence result of the teaching, bringing up and scientific- investigation environment of the high school. Actually, the real, the constructive forming of pedagogical consciousness and the pedagogical culture of the young teacher of the high school objectively impossible without individual in the young teacher responsibility of the experienced teacher, under the guidance of whom forms personnel the professional - pedagogical competence of the young teacher, which influenced the quality of teaching specifically and to the quality of education at all. In the given article also are considered the questions of planning the teaching, bringing up, scientific investigation works on the level of university administration, dean's office, chair, the administrative professional pedagogical demands of the fulfilment of the professional duty and observing and using the rights of the subjects of the professional -pedagogical activities, the administrative control and valuation of the professional pedagogical activities of the teachers and the students, which in the aggregate composes the base of the system of the management influence. In this way one of the pivotal bases of the Forming system of the pedagogical consciousness and the pedagogical culture is considered the uninterruptedly self- education of the young teacher of the high school.
