 ANNOTATION

 The article analyzes repetition and its types, as artistic and expressive means in the poem entitled as “Khumai and Humayun" by the 14th-century poet of Persian-Tajik literature Khoju Kirmani the same word or speech construction increased the expressiveness and emotional impact of the text. The repetition in masnavi called “Khumai and Humayun” by Khoju Kirmani emphasizes the basic meaning of particular word in order to describe the state of person or his attitude to something, effectively show or strengthen it. The thesis is argued that repetition in the analyzed poem becomes the fundamental principle of structural and semantic organization of the text one of the ways of expressing subjective modality, the author’s attitude to the depicted and significant means of expression that creates a special unique style of the poet and great power of expression in a literary text. It is proved that repetition in "Khumai and Humayun" by Khoju Kirmani alongside with the type of visual means, also acted as one of the tools of rhetorical and stylistic devices.
