 ANNOTATION

The article dwells on S. Aini`s relationship with institutions of Tsarits Russia, including the Political Agency of Russia and the police in Bukhara. The period of childhood, adolescence and study of an outstanding figure of Tajik science and culture preceptor S.Aini passed in the darke times of the rule of the Bukhara Emirate. During this period, S. Aini often had to deal with the Political Agency of Russia in Bukhara, which pursued a colonial policy in the Emirate of Bukhara. In his works preceptor S.Aini often calls the agency "elchihona", which means embassy.The political agency or elchihona feared S. Aini and others, educators, local intelligentsia, especially Jadid reformers. Because they often expressed dissatisfaction with Russia's interference in the internal affairs of the emirate. For this reason, the Political Agency of Russia tightly controlled the activities of the local intelligentsia.Preceptor S.Aini treated the politics and activities of Elchikhona from the position of the interests of an independent state and expressed dissatisfaction with interference in the internal affairs of the emirate, especially the agency's hostile attitude to the reform of education and the activities of new-fangled schools in Bukhara.S. Aini repeatedly dealt with employees of the agency A.Y. Miller, Shulga and secret police agent Wilman and was under surveillance.
