ANNOTATION

The article under consideration dwells on competitiveness increasing retailers using models simulation. Under contemporary conditions, one of the important conditions aimed at increasing the efficiency of retail trade enterprises is considered to be their rational placement in settlements.

As well as, the article deals with the issue concerned with the placement of retail facilities taking into account the range of services provided to the population and based on periodic surveys among buyers which is the grounds targeted at the improvement of retail enterprises competitiveness.
