ANNOTATION

There is no generally accepted theory of the emergence of financial bubbles in our time. One of the possible causes of bubbles is excessive monetary liquidity in the financial system, causing inadequate bank lending standards for banks, asset markets, which then become vulnerable to volatile hyperinflation caused by short-term speculative financial leverage. When interest rates fall, investors tend to be reluctant to keep their capital in savings accounts. Instead, investors seek to leverage leverage and invest in financial assets such as stocks and real estate.
