ANNOTATION
The article deals with institutional transformations in the development of factors of competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses in the Sughd region. The competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses is a branch of multifactoriality, such an economic structure, which is created in the form of a vertically integrated and multi-level management system, carrying out all types of activities related to both the production of goods and the provision of services. The prospects of small and medium-sized businesses, the accumulated scientific and technical potential and rich production experience create favorable prerequisites for the further development of all industries.The main institutional indicators of risk distribution in the sectors of the economy, which reduce the occurrence of risks in the structure of small and medium-sized enterprises, are given.
