ANNOTATION 

In recent years, world experience has provided many examples of the formation and functioning of industry clusters in different segments of the regional economy. However, clusters are not only a mechanism for economic growth in the regions. They create an excellent environment for the development of small and medium-sized business. In addition, the cluster offers effective tools for stimulating regional development, which is manifested in an increase in productive employment, an increase in budget revenues, an increase in the competitiveness of regional production systems, etc.
