ANNOTATION

 The article explores the process of economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting the development of e-business in the region. This process is implemented with the aim of its development and profit maximization within a certain period, taking into account the uncertainty of changes in external and internal indicators that affect the formation of the national economic system. The identification function is aimed at the growth of GRP, which satisfies the needs of the region and the republic and the economic process. The possibilities of consumption of e-business services by the population in the region are of a wave-like nature; after a certain development cycle, there is a certain decrease or an intensive increase in the needs of the population.
