ANNOTATION

The article examines some of the features of innovative transformations in the extractive sector of the economy of Tajikistan. It is known that the transition of the national economy to the rails of market relations, where the industry of the real sector, in particular the extractive industry, plays a key role, as the basis of the industry's production becomes objective. According to the author, as the resource base is depleted, maintaining a single mining industry is not advisable because they have high transaction costs and are considered insufficiently attractive for foreign investment. Therefore, in the future, on the basis of its restructuring, we consider it expedient to form new enterprises using innovative technologies.

Thus, the author believes that methods relating to the monetary valuation of various elements of the potential (land, labor, etc.) are of particular interest today, especially in connection with the need to transition to market relations.
