ANNOTATION

This article examines the issues of improving the mechanisms of strategic management of enterprises, as well as in the context of modernization of the economy in modern conditions.

In the process of scientific analysis of the article, by the author, research and study of the experience of world scientists, the style and strategic status of scientific enterprises and modern practice have extensive experience in strategic planning and management, but many strategies still can not adapt to changing external and internal environment . In particular, the author suggests that systematic management of enterprise development can be carried out in a consistent manner, and the company's strategy should be, firstly, the use of innovations to ensure self-regulation and secondly, the expansion of its management methods. the basis of the dynamics of the economic environment is its activity in the cluster. Therefore, it is necessary to use all the opportunities and production technologies in order to increase the competitiveness of cluster enterprises and then enter the "new market points".
