ANNOTATION

The article analyzes theoretical materials on the medicinal properties of natural vegetation and outlines their role in ensuring the protection of public health. It is indicated that the flora of Tajikistan has rich resources of pharmacology, which are still not properly used. Ample opportunities for organizing pharmaceutical production on an industrial basis have been identified, which requires a special attitude of state bodies, entrepreneurs and targeted financing. It is considered expedient to conduct deep and comprehensive studies of this problem.
