ANNOTATION
The article dwells on ruptures and ties along the line of force action which are necessary for a transition from a position of stable equilibrium into that are of unstable equilibrium; the latter being determined according to the magnitude of a given force applied to ties. In order to carry out this transition one should perform an additional work at the expense of thermo efforts oven = f, level. Just this work is a manicure of energetic barriers destroying ties.
