EXPANSION OF FORMS AND WAYS OF LABOR REMUNERATION IN THE REGION

ANNOTATION
The article dwells on expansion of forms and ways of labor remuneration in the regions of Sughd viloyat under Tajikistan Republic. The author lays an emphasis upon the idea that the analysis of system of labor remuneration of with rational socio-labor relations in a diversified economy proceeded from the adopted Tajikistan Republic Law “On Property” shows that existing forms of remuneration, although mostly traditional and sustainable, however, it can be progressive and regulated by socio-labor relations.
In conformity with the author`s opinion, the relevant operation has moved away from the old system of income distribution and labor remuneration of and provides a transition to expansion of forms and ways of labor remuneration in relation to labor costs. In a nutshell, the author of the article comes to the conclusion that rapid industrialization of the economy requires regulation of socio-labor relations and expansion of forms and ways of labor remuneration in economic entities as well.
