ANNOTATION

 The article under consideration dwells on the topic of socio-labor regulation of labor remuneration in the regions of Sughd region under Tajikistan Republic. It is underscored that regulation of socio-labor relations and the system of labor incentives in the relevant regions should be designed on the premise of combination of both old and new methods of labor stimulation. Proceeding from the statistical annual of Sughd region (2020 у.), the author makes an endeavour to determine the number of employees’ distribution, their average monthly salary in enterprises and organizations based on the amount of wages calculated, on the whole.

Adducing the results of the analysis the author of the article comes to the conclusion that division into groups in order to elaborate socio-labor regulation of wages depends on efficiency of enterprises in Sughd region.
