ANNOTATION
The article provides an assessment of the ability of countries, including the Republic of Tajikistan, to attract and retain highly qualified personnel. The economic situation of an enterprise for the production of dairy products, the dynamics of human potential and the level of development of human resources are analyzed. The factors of the formation and development of the human potential of a manufacturing enterprise and the main components of this important labor category are identified and analyzed. The article also provides identification of the main directions preventing its development.
