ANNOTATION

The article analyzes the concept of eco-tourism in different historical periods in terms of further development. The issues of classification and principles of definition, the process of formation, construction of infrastructure and other aspects of eco-tourism are analyzed on the basis of scientific, sectoral and other data, and the author identifies new aspects of eco-tourism development. It was noted that the development of eco-tourism in specially protected natural areas, especially national parks and gardens, has some legal, organizational and other barriers that need to be addressed. In this context, the current situation and opportunities for the development of this type of tourism are analyzed in depth on the features of the organization and use of ecological trails in specially protected natural areas.
