ANNOTATION

The article deals with methodological issues of “e-commerce” notion analysis. The authors show a wide specter of the notion, which can be used to systematize e-commerce development in the region. The authors’ definition is based on process relationships principles that are considered as two components identifying and complementing each other meeting the requirement of research principles of modern management studies.
