ANNOTATION

The article analyses the issues of rational use of industrial potential of Soghd region of the Republic of Tajikistan through the development of the industrial and agricultural model. It is noted that the foundations of market economy have been developed in Sogd region and in the republic, and it is possible to improve the mechanism of rational use of industrial potential subject to the renewal of fixed capital. It analyzes the level of technical condition of the industrial potential, the nature and directions of the region’s development by organizing the application of rational principles of production, intellectual and industrial products. The pace of economic development of the region largely depends on the human factor and rational use of industrial potential, which is the basis for the development of the industrial and agricultural model.
