ANNOTATION

In a Banach space, we consider the pursuit problem in the sense of Pontryagin's definition for a differential game, described by an equation of neutral type with a closed linear operator, generating a strongly continuous semigroup. One lemma and two main theorems on the solvability of a differential pursuit game are proved.
